Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from [Your Brand Name]! If you are not happy for any reason, we offer returns and exchanges in accordance with the following terms.
Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility Window: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
- Final Sale/Clearance Items: Items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or any other discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors (including perfume, smoke, or pet odors).
- Original Tags Attached: All original tags and any protective liners must be securely attached to the garment.
- Packaging: Items should be returned in the original packaging or a comparable protective package.
- No Damages: Items must be free of stains, rips, tears, or any other signs of wear.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not meet the above requirements. Refused returns will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
Returns Process (Refunds)
- Initiate a Return: Please email us at everlastingresourceofficial@gmail.com to begin the return process. You will need your order number and the email address used for the purchase. (please put "Return Request" in the email's subject.
- Shipping: Upon approval, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- Inspection and Refund: Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund back to your original payment method.Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your bank's processing times.
Exchanges Process
If you need a different size or color of the same item, please follow these steps:
- Initiate an Exchange: Contact us via our email. (please put "Exchange Request" in the email's subject)
- Shipping: We offer one free exchange per order. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send the original item back.
- New Item Shipment: Once we receive the original item and confirm its condition, we will immediately ship the replacement size/color to you. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
